GEM Cattle Ranch

Founded by Dr. Georgia and Trey Myers, they believe their mission is to continue to improve their land as God’s caretakers and bring their “Red Jewels” to the market.  GEM Cattle Ranch uses genetics and strong female blood lines to enhance their herd, all while valuing the relationships made amongst their associations and community. Traits such as low birth weight, higher weaning weights and yearling weights, good mothering genes, milk production, profitability for the ranch and disposition.  Georgia is passionate about building a herd with female seedstock and clean, food efficient, profitability offspring. Trey with Georgia is turning raw land into productive, sustainable and beautiful property.

The resilience of Georgia and Trey reflect the true meaning of “Teamwork makes Dream Work” as they strive to provide the best within their abilities. Through faith in God, they find their strength and serves as a constant reminder as to why they do what they do. Both Georgia and Trey graduated from Texas A&M University: Georgia as a veterinarian and Trey’s background is in engineering.  Their combined knowledge has brought forth major success in life and on the ranch. To this day, they are using years of life experiences in improving the herd and land and striving to impact every person they encounter.

Their goal is to serve as an inspiration to others, to follow their dreams, and to share the importance of valuing God’s creation. GEM Cattle Ranch is more than just a ranch-it’s our family!  These “Red Jewels in West Texas” are valued, nurtured and embraced by the Myers family.
